The Will-Sea is the perfect home for those families vacationing together. The owner provides a starter pack of travel shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and two toilet paper rolls in each bathroom.  There are two Keurig’s and a drip coffee maker in the home with a complimentary variety of K-cups. For example, there is decaffeinated coffee, regular coffee, hot chocolate, tea, etc. Each bathroom includes a hand soap dispenser with hand soap for your convenience. The property also includes a highchair plus a pack and play.  This gorgeous Croatan home has three master bedrooms, each with a private bath, and both the second and third floors have decks with outdoor seating. The Will-Sea is just a short walk from the local's favorite Croatan beach. Enjoy spending your day playing in the surf or with your toes in the sand.  If you are looking for adventure, try riding the Atlantic Ocean waves on a 7'9 Fun Board. Not a fan of sand and surf? Spend your days lounging poolside before taking a dip to cool off.  Rainy days won't get you down. You can spend the day watching the newly installed Flat-screen TVs with streaming with Google TV, which includes live TV, YouTube music played through a new soundbar and woofer, DVR, or you may binge your favorite shows streaming on your Netflix (personal login for Netflix required).  When you're ready, head to the resort area to enjoy plenty of shopping, restaurants, live entertainment, and everything our three-mile-long boardwalk has to offer. Love the beautiful home, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool is great!! Enough seating around the dining table for our whole family to eat together and that's hard to find many times. Close walk to the beach, quick drive to the downtown area. This is our fourth year here and we can't wait to return next summer.

This was our first time renting this property after 10 years of renting beach front on the north side. Both of those homes were torn down to make room for more modern homes. Atkinson went above and beyond to find a suitable replacement and they hit a homerun. The home was spotless when we got there, to include the pool and pool deck. There were blow up toys and a robot pool cleaner. The layout with two bedrooms and a bath and both a kitchen and a living area was perfect for one family. The other family took two bathrooms on the 3rd floor, each with an en suite bath an a single bedroom and hall bath on the 2nd floor. My wife and I took the last bedroom on the 3rd floor (also with an en suite bath.) The 2nd floor had a large living area with a separate TV area, a nice kitchen and a dining room that sets 12. The appliances were in great shape (having 2 refrigerators was very helpful.) There was Mr Coffee and a Kerug on each floor (with pods.) All the amenities were great. Of course it was not beach front. But it was a 1 block walk to the access path. As it turned put, the walk from the house to the surf was shorter than the walk to the surf from the beach front homes on the north side since that beach is so very wide. It was a unanumous vote to come back!

We thoroughly enjoy this home, it is our second summer there. We did have to contact Atkinson regarding the fact the pool was not cleaned, prior to or during our stay there. Also, for whatever reason, the blue recycling cans were never emptied Tuesday morning per the posted schedule. Neither were the neighbor's cans. We left our full cans at the curb the next two days, per Atkinson instructions, but no one came. And the cans were "ticketed" by the Neighborhood Association as a warning!! :). During the torrential rains on Wednesday that week we noticed the front door leaking at the bottom,soaking the carpet. This was handled quickly by Atkinson when we called. They were also made aware of the Recycling issue, but I assume this was a problem with the recycling company and nothing anyone could do at that moment. We are looking forward to returning next summer. This home is everything we have been looking for, for our growing family which includes Seniors,Adult children and grandchildren and allows for the entertainment and enjoyment of all ages!! See you next year!!!
