Shoot The Breeze, is a duplex located 1/2 block from the beach. This property is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath featuring a fully equipped kitchen. There is seating for 8 at the dining room table with additional seating in the kitchen. There is a gas grill as well as an outside shower and off-street parking. There is a washer and dryer in the property as well as wireless internet and a DVD player. Shoot the breeze is the perfect home for your next family vacation.

We rented this home for Labor Day week and we loved the location as three houses and we were able to be on the beach in less than 20 seconds. The wifi was great, kitchen had all the essentials and it was spacious with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pricing was reasonable for our large family. We will definitely be back, looking forward to another stay!

We loved the house. So easy to keep clean, great kitchen and living area, and the people on the street very courteous and nice. It was a joy to be there and we want to come back next summer. For improvements, we suggest a look at the wooden walkway to the shower. There is one place where I caught my sandal, by the drain. We'd love a little better clothes line as we were always hanging bathing suits and towels.And the louvered doors by the laundry need to be put back on the track. When we came in the back door we would hit one of the doors and we were afraid of damaging it. All minor things. We had a great two weeks. Thank you!!

The house was spacious clean and up to date.We had fun visiting the museum and ship. Next visit we would like to stay at a beach with gentle waves like on the bay if you rent those. Thank you for making our vacation a great one!!!!!!!!!!!!P.S. the restaurants were great too!!!!!!!!!!

Second time visiting. Location is great for beach access and less crowded than other VA Beach areas. Quieter atmosphere compared to middle of beach strip locations. Money well spent.

Shoot the breeze feels like a home away from home! I wanted a place where I could get away from the city and enjoy the sun; this home allowed me to do both. The fast internet allowed me to still work during the day and the beach is close enough that I could walk there during my lunch break. The renovated kitchen made cooking meals seamless and the grill on the deck was a bonus. I can't wait to come back!
