Mermaid Cottage (previously known as Not too Crabby), is located in the residential North End on the Oceanside. This 4 bedroom cottage will accommodate up to 12 people and is perfect for your family. Relax on the screened porch, second floor deck or head to the beach with the access only a few steps away! It's a quick drive to the great food, music, entertainment and all the Virginia Beach Resort Area has to offer. The first floor has the living room, equipped with plenty of seating, flat screen TV, DVD player, and stereo. The kitchen is also on the first floor and includes table with 5 seats(4 more chairs/stools available), microwave, ice maker, blender, and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a dining room with a table that seats 8. The second floor has all 4 bedrooms and two hall baths. The first bedroom has a queen bed, a small TV, and access to the shared deck. The second bedroom has a king bed, small TV, and access to the shared deck. The third bedroom has a pyramid bunk (double on bottom, single on top) and a bunk set with a small TV. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed. There is a gas grill outside for your use. This property has great location and is sure to please!
