We enjoyed our stay. The house is very nice. I really liked the multiple balconies/ decks. It’s a 5+ min walk to the beach. There are spots at the end of the street close to the beach but they are hard to come by. A few things would have made it easier for us: I wish I knew there were beach chairs there. I brought mine and didn’t need to and space was at a premium in our car. There was a beach tow, which was very helpful. I was told there was a charcoal grill and there was but the grate was so rusty we couldn’t use it and had to buy one at Walmart. When we got there the LR TV wasn’t working but we called and someone came right away to fix it. I would definitely stay again.

This was our second year at this location. We chose it because it's located in the North End, and it accepts pets. It's an easy walk to the beach and the Edgar Cayce facility is across the street with a little carryout establishment. The main floor is spacious with enough room to comfortably fit our group. The master suite is very nice, having a deck and a sitting area. We were happy that this year the rooftop deck was accessible; last year it was not. The property is a little worn and could use some updating, and the kitchen could be better stocked. And, for the second year in a row, several lightbulbs were burned out and there were no replacements on the property. Atkinson is always responsive and friendly and I am glad that we could check out through the app without returning the keys. However, the app needs a bit of work: we tried to use the discount for one of the listed commercial partners, and that partner's website wouldn't accept the code. I learned subsequently that the commercial partner wasn't aware that the code was even on the app. Also, the link on the app to the Atkinson website didn't work. My experience with linens with Beach Linens was very poor, as opposed to last year. I ordered services from their outdated website that it turns out they no longer offer. When I didn't hear back from them I called and they said they were very behind. That's fine. But then they never sent a revised invoice as promised and we spend several days playing telephone tag as they don't accept online payments. And then, they forgot to process my order. When I arrived there were no linens. They say they deliver until 7. I called. Then they finally called and said they order wasn't processed by mistake. They showed up at the property at 9:30 pm - without the bikes. They arrived with the bikes at 11 the next day, and the tires were flat, and a bike lock was missing. They promised a rebate on the bikes for the missed day but this has not been done, nor have I received the courtesy of a response. And then, when I was checking out, they put the wrong address on the laundry bags. I'm glad I caught this so that I received credit for returning my linens. Perhaps they just had a bad week- I know that many service companies are short staffed- but right now it appears that Beach Linens doesn't have the resources to care for their customers.
