thanks for the new fridge and new flooring. TV in master suite needs repair. It can only get one channel...Bravo. Great weather and beach always have a fun time here. The family loves the "beach house"...just wish they would sell it to us.

(There were few needs: on deck hose in useable & couldn't detach from faucet, umbrella had broken support, gate lock off. Corroded glass out of front door.)Wonderful updates: lovely easy-care flooring, beautiful comfortable sofas, great kitchen appliances, clean painted walls.We always enjoy our favorite beach house & such great updates make it even more special!

Beach is not crowded, especially weekdays, perfect spot, got to see several usn Vessels including a submarine and aircraft carrier passing in front of us.Even saw dolphins several times cavorting in front of the property. 3rd time renting here, will come back again.
