Atkinson Realty was founded in 1943 by Frank V. Atkinson in a little office located on the corner of 54th St and Atlantic. The 459 square foot office was the headquarters of Atkinson Realty for 43 years until a second office was opened on the corner of 40th and Atlantic Ave. The new office allowed Atkinson Realty to grow from a four agent operation to a 30 agent multi-office company.
The focus of Atkinson Realty has been the sale and professional management of houses in Virginia Beach and surrounding cities. We are a full service listing and selling company with a variety of other services. Included is management of condominium associations, through Atkinson Management Group, new homes sales, and HUD and VA contracts.
In 1991 we joined the ERA franchise systems and further expanded our organization with all of the products and services that ERA can provide. |
